HNI International is run by husband and wife team, Sandy and Kelvin Juba. Kelvin holds a Diploma in Physical Education from St. Paul’s College, Cheltenham; a MA in History from Bristol University and an MBA from the University of Bath. He has had a lifelong involvement with swimming being a former editor of “The Swimming Times”, an author of numerous books on the subject, a swimming coach and TV commentator on the sport.

Both Sandy and Kelvin have a 25 year business background in sports marketing before founding HNI in 1993. HNI specialises in swimming strategies and information provision.
