* “In the Pursuit of Excellence” - 2008
The swimming strategy for the European Swimming Federation and its 51 member countries. The strategy focused on the 6 main aquatic disciplines but also recognised the wider involvement of the organisation in health, swimmer pathways, international sporting politics, culture and the ever increasing social dynamic of the aquatics.
